Looking for a back up internet service option for our office. We need it for PCs, VOIP, credit card terminals, etc. We've been without Cox since Wednesday and a few times a year Cox seems to go out for a few hours for whatever reason. I'm thinking of going with a solution using wireless carrier. Any suggestions?

There's some solutions that Wireless carriers will have where the router has an auto-failover to the cell card if the primary ISP fails for X amount of time. Would probably also have simpler cell backup solutions. Your available options, I would assume, all depend on your current infrastructure setup and requirements. How much do you want to spend? How much revenue do you lose for every hour that you're down?

Cox is a residential ISP, you need commercial grade fiber. Costs more but was well worth it for our little office.

Who are the vendors for this?

You definitely need to get a business account and service. May even be able to extend to your home service if needed.
