ATT Cellphones calling Sprint or some landline issues?

Anyone else with ATT phones having trouble dialing Sprint cellphones or even some landlines?
Everyone on our corporate ATT account are getting:
"Call cannot be completed at this time"

I haven't gotten that message but ever since I updated my iPhone (AT&T) I get the "Message Not Sent" error when I try to text someone that has Android.

I overheard our communication manager at work that there's some issue between att and centurytel affecting br area. Not sure of specifics bit sounds like its a known issue

My brother is ATT and I'm Sprint. He text me and told me he's getting that message everytime he has tried calling the last three days...
