Anyone willing to put together a new Cord-Cutting thread for the TECH Board?

It's been nearly 1.5 years since it was created and I just don't have the time to update it anymore.
Plenty of new things are out now (HULU TV, Youtube TV, etc.) and I feel like it's not serving its purpose at the top of the board anymore.
Who wants to take a shot at it?
What it'll need:
Streaming Service options
KODI instructions
IPTV instructions (if you want, it's talked about a lot on here)
Antenna instructions
TIVO/OTA DVR options

Hopefully it also explains that using/borrowing/stealing/etc a parent or friend's login to any app is not cord-cutting, but cord-mooching

technically it's not cord cutting unless you throw out your TV. There's a cord going to your TV one way or the other.

Are you telling us you are putting your family and job above the cord cutting thread updates?
(I really appreciate your efforts as that thread has provide me with many great ideas.)
