I have a Voxelab Proxima resin printer and I’ve read some conflicting things about sticking it in my garage during this Louisiana heat. Was wondering if anyone has any experience?

Mine stays in a cool well ventilated area. Not sure how much heat will affect it in a shaded area.

Hijacking this thread…
Been looking at getting an entry level Resin printer lately for smaller parts that require more detail. Been using FDM printers for 5+ years so pretty experienced with those.
Is there much of a learning curve using the resin printers? Probably going to just go with the mid sized anycubic ones on Amazon since they’re on sale for prime day.

Yes, the things are incredibly temperamental. I’ve had mine for a yearish and still don’t have it down pat.

Yep, everything from slicing to after print preparation is a decent step up from FDM.
I started with an elegoo, it was a decent little machine. I have a Mars 3 now. I just print miniatures with it.
