Anyone having Google email issues

Am I the only one?
Mine is showing I have 5 messages but phone won’t contact the server.
Shows I haven’t gotten a msg since before 9:00 this morning.

Apparently google’s cloud system had an attempted hack so things are slow / non responsive.

Every service on their status page is red

I had an email sent with pics from a photographer this morning and I couldn't view them in Gmail.
