There was an update that was pushed out yesterday that fixed it for me, check for an update on your phone.

I ordered on 19th thru website. MISTAKE. They haven't shipped. They haven't sent email confirming it's about to ship. I've called 3 times and emailed 3 times. I keep getting told it's being escalated. Total lies. I'm gonna cancel it tomorrow and sacrifice the VR bundle so I can buy one in town. DON'T order from them directly.

I'm not understanding why you're having so much trouble. I can't stand the pop ups on this phone. Everything else is good.

I got an s8 today. I has trouble ordering. The phone itself is legit. Got it at best buy.

Mine is still sitting in approved status, no further emails yet. It is showing the $99 Package is approved and processed though. Keeping my fingers crossed.
