Win 10 is OK, but not be able to delete Skype or Edge is pretty sucky.

I unpinned Edge from the taskbar and pinned IE11 to the taskbar. I then made IE11 my default browser.
Edge is still available but my internet traffic is thru IE11.
Does that help?
