I know carriers have been talked about on here a lot.

I am curious as too recommendations for carriers in Louisiana now that the iPhone 12 has rolled out? I am thinking about upgrading to the 12 and I might as well consider another carrier. I have been with ATT since BellSouth Mobility!

Has anyone used t-mobile much since they merged with Sprint? How is the service?

Thanks in advance!!

I am not in Louisiana anymore but my experience may still apply. We are in a fairly rural area of the florida panhandle and at times our T-Mobile service was really spotty I just picked up two LG Velvet 5G on a buy one get one deal. Our coverage went from 0-2 bars of 4g to 2-5 of 5G in the area we are building our house.
Its very usable at worst now. We are super happy with the better coverage. Also T-Mobile customer service is excellent.

Edited because typos

Get the iPhone 12 if you’re upgrading a phone , but don’t get it just for 5G now.

I think TMO is way out in front but not 100% on that.

I know I get full 5G service in podunk rural Missouri with TMO through Fi.

A friend of mine uses T-Mobile in the NOLA area and sporadically will have problems receiving pics/videos. His internet works, but will slow down depending on where he is in the city. He likes their customer service and price point; so he's not leaving.
