I have no problem on two other TVs, computer and phone. But one TV can’t access all three servers. TV has wired connection, works good with other apps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled

One TV Cant Access Plex Servers

without knowing the platform you're running Plex on it's hard to know. Just a guess here.... is it possible it's a no-longer-supported platform and the client is too outdated to connect to current day Plex servers?

Plex pulls up. Their free content comes up. My servers do not
Shows them but can’t pull content. Just says server unavailable would you like to retry.

Have you updated the OS on the LG TV?

Yes checked for updates. Deleted Plex then reinstalled. Same issue.
On the free Plex. My one thought on it is they only allow so many devices but didn’t see it as a feature on the Plex pass

Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Logging out and logging back in? Maybe the Plex authorization for that app is corrupt so you need to log in again.
Have you power cycled the TV completely? Just turning the tv off doesn't reboot the LG OS. You have to select RESTART in the options or physically pull the power cord on the TV.

Do you not have anything else to test it on that tv? No Roku or firetv laying around?
There's no limit on devices with the free Plex plan.

Still could be out of date/unsupported
Is this your problem?

On September 30, 2021, some older smart TVs (some Samsung, LG, Vizio, Hisense, and other unsupported TV platforms) will no longer be able to use secure connections to communicate with Plex Media Servers. These devices are no longer supported by their manufacturers, and won’t be receiving an update needed to continue making secure connections to a personal server.
solution:
quote:
If your smart TV app has trouble connecting to a Media Server after September 30th, please ensure that both the app and the server are set to allow insecure connections: On the TV app*, ensure that Settings -> Advanced -> Allow Insecure Connections is set to Always, and on the server, ensure that Settings -> Network -> Secure connections is set to Preferred.
or get a new streaming device and avoid the unsupported built in smart functions on the TV

Thank I’ll try this. Sounds like potentially the issue

That is definitely the issue, and the fix.
I went through the exact same thing a few days ago with my LG oled webos Plex app. It wouldn’t connect to my server, while I had zero issues with Apple TV, iOS, or windows connections. Set the app to allow insecure connections, and it found my libraries right away.
