Android Call Notification

I get about 10 spam calls a day. Is there a way to configure my phone so that it only rings when a Contact calls me? I don't think I can use Do Not Disturb setting as that will also silence other notifications (ie, FB Messenger). Please help!

I think I found the fix. When you go into the specific app settings under notifications, there is an "Ignore Do Not Disturb." So now I can set my phone on DND allowing Contacts to ring, but still allow Messenger and Teams notifications to pass through.
