combative and defensive attitude + new start up business.......

So this is your busy time, but you wait until a few days before to do 2 day shipping?

You know some people buy their christmas presents the day after Thanksgiving. Some wait until Christmas eve. Are you one of those guys bitching to the Toys R Us employees cause everything is already out of stock at 8pm on 12/24?

Don't quit your day job buddy.... this side dish is destined to fail.

I liked it better when Amazon had the exclusive deal with ups instead of FedEx

Most of my Amazon Prime orders come from USPS. I think UPS and FedEx is only used by Amazon Marketplace vendors.

From my experience, Amazon arguably has the best customer service around. Sounds like your beef should be with fedex. I'm not sure how Amazon chooses which carrier gets what package but UPS is the best hands down. I've rarely had a problem with fedex or usps though.

I think we, as consumers, have become spoiled. The thought of ordering the most random misc shite online, paying no taxes or shipping, and reliably having it delivered in 2 days was inconceivable just 10 years ago.

Mine come almost exclusively UPS, and I get 2 or 3 packages a week. It probably depends on location.

Almost all of my Prime shipments are shipped UPS to the city I live in and then UPS turns them over to the post office, which means instead of 2 days to my door the shipments take 3 or 4 days which has pissed me off to the point I am thinking of canceling Prime.

When I first got Prime 5 years ago, nearly everything was UPS. In recent years, it shifted to postal service almost exclusively. But now in the past several months it's been mostly UPS again. FedEx shipments have been about the same frequency through the years (rare). I actually preferred USPS over UPS. I would receive packages midmorning, whereas the UPS truck doesn't come around here until the evening.

Are you so dumb that you don't understand that THERE IS NO SOLUTION to solve your problem? Amazon can't get Scotty to beam you a replacement halfway across the country.
