Am I going crazy? iPhone screen, everything smaller???

Did everything just get slightly smaller on my phone? The Home Screen icons seem to have just a bit more space between them, the keyboard letters and even the text on TD feels just a touch smaller.
Anyone else noticed this?

Just switched to the “zoomed” setting and that definitely wasn’t it. But I’m nothing more space between the icons and the edge of the screen. Hell, I could almost fit another row on the bottom now.
