Looking for an all in one printer. It would only be used a couple of times per week for pretty basic stuff. No photos or high quality images. Want something relatively inexpensive and low cost ink replacement cartridges. I’ve read a ton of reviews online but seems like every printer sucks....

Needs to have the following:
-Color
-Wireless from computer, mobile, tablet (We have mostly Apple products and 1 HP computer)
-Scan to email

Any suggestions?

Wow. I was not expecting to find one for that cheap.

What ink cartridges do you buy? Most ink cartridges are $40.

Those HP all in ones are really good for light to moderate use. I would go that direction.

For light use, especially if that use is likely to be sporadic, I would look at color laser printers. You will spend a little more on consumables, but the toner cartridge won’t dry out from not being used.

One thing to consider when purchasing inkjet printers is to make sure you get one that has individual color cartridges. Don't go the route of getting one that has a single cartridge for handling all colors. If you run out of one of those colors, then you have to replace all of them, instead of just replacing one color cartridge that would last you longer.

Take a look at like a Canan TS9000 series printer. They're rock solid, have Google Cloud Print built into them, wireless, great print quality, etc...

We just bought an MX-492 canon. My wife sells things on the internet and ships the items to customers. We bought the printer to print shipping labels. This is done through the USPS app that's available on the app store. We can't get the printer to print the labels. If anyone has any experience with this it would be most appreciated.

That model supports Google Cloud Print. Look into getting that setup and see if that resolves the issue you're having. That's what I've got setup on my Canon printer, and I can print to it from any Android device without any issue.
