All-in-one getting slower

bought this HP all-in-1 desktop computer in May, and was great until like 2 weeks ago. it would sleep at night, and i'd move the mouse a couple times in the morning, and start working from the previous day
but lately, pages load a lot slower, youtube videos take longer to load, some things don't load up, and i have to restart the computer every few hours or so
any ideas on what i can do? any tests I can run to find out what happened recently? any sites you guys trust that I could use to clean up any junk (I don't have much on the harddrive) that may be hidden?
thanks in advance

Make sure all updates are installed, including firmware. Check add/remove programs and see if/what was recently installed and remove if questionable. Download malwarebytes and run a scan then remediate

Are there issues outside of whatever browser you're using?
Try installing an alternative browser like Firefox. If your issues are suddenly fixed, that means you may have installed malware or bad extensions in the original browser.
If you tell me what browser you are using I can find a link to reset the browser to it's original condition.
Do *not* install browser plugins that promise to save you money by looking for better prices on the web. It's collecting data on everywhere you go, and judging by your skill level (no offense) you may have installed a whole lot of garbage unwittingly.

How many programs are loading during startup? Any uncessary programs stored on your drive?
May want to back up your data and do a clean install via usb.
