3rd party apps on Roku using direct tv login

Recently signed up for Direct TV and I was lied to by being told that I didn't need boxes for any smart tv's that I just needed the direct tv app. well all of my tv's are ROKU and it doesn't offer the app. so now when I am trying to sign in thru third party apps (ESPN, Food Network, Etc.) it says I don't have authorization but those channels are included in my package. Anyone else have this issue and know a fix. spent several hours on phone with Direct tv and get nothing .

trying to log in to espn, tnt, etc apps on roku using my direct tv login. says im unauthorized but i pay for the channels with my subscription.

Check to see if they have the ATT TV app. I think that has replaced direct tv now app

When installed those apps, I just went to the activation site, which then provided the options for tv provider, and once I logged into Direct tv, they worked
