Here's the NCAA Soccer rule book: LINK. The NCAA is it's own governing authority on the game. According to Wikipedia, the rules differ from FIFA including a player being banned for one game after accumulating 5 yellows, unlimited substitutions, sudden-death overtime in all matches, and a clock that counts down but can be stopped by the referee for injuries, substitutions or if he feels a team is wasting time.

Because it's tacky and unnecessary.


Also, I'm pretty sure a few Ultras would go nuts seeing their rival's name on a pitch their team was playing on.
