-Dempsey and Altidore up top at Striker.
-Johannsson playing a CAM-type role behind the strikers
-Bedoya and Jermaine playing like a LCM/RCM type thing.
-Bradley back in his deep-lying role
-beasley/besler/omar/fab
I'm not necessarily in support of testing out such a lineup with elimination on the line, but I really like Johannsson and would love to see him on the field with dempsey and Altidore. I really think he could make things happen in that position behind the striker.

should we change out of this 4-5-1
Personally, I would like another attacking player on the field. Dreads is basically a 5th defender.
That being said, our personnel is questionable to put another attacker on the field.
There are pros and cons - the likely scenario is we roll out the same formation we had vs. Portugal, and can shift to more of a 4-4-2 when Altidore comes off the bench...

I really like the idea of a 4-4-2 for this match. If Altidore is ready, then I would not be opposed to the idea of starting either Wondo or Aronjo next to him, with Dempsey in the midfield. If Altidore can't go the full 90, Dempsey can shift up to the front line and we can bring on Bedoya/Zusi to fill that role in the midfield.
