City seem completely uninterested in moving into the final third. I am reminded of that scene in Band of Brothers when Winters is battalion(?) commander. Lt. Dike is in charge of an assault, but just sitting there. Winters is yelling,”Bring that attack on in!!” He finally sends in Lt. Spiers to get the job done.
