I'd probably take Aguero and Toure over him just from City alone.
The best form of his career, the first half of last season, MIGHT have him in the discussion for top 5. No way he is some sort of lock even at his best.

I wouldn't go so far and say he is a top 5 player, but I would agree that he is the best player on city- at least in present form.
