USMNT Question(s) about moving forward?

With the new manager in place and a couple of friendlies being played. What does this board want to see as the main focus of the team other than winning?
Does it need to be a defensive first team, like Italy? Does it need to use its speed and try to outrun people like the US Men's Hockey team usually does? Would you want to see the influx of new talent?
I am asking as I am not sure what direction USSF wants to go, and admittedly I know nothing of the new manager's background, other than he is a Euro.
Also, what lasting impressions does Jurgen, Bradley and Burkhalter have on this organization?

Their political stance on important issues.
Will we be wearing rainbow jerseys.
Will Pulisic do a Trump celebration.
You know the important things.

They just need to not be afraid to, in the words of Clint Dempsey, try shite. Greggggggs strategy almost seemed like he wanted the team to dribble the ball into the net. We had way too many games where we had almost zero shots on goal and even more scoreless games.
There is so much talent that has shown they can be lethal anywhere on the pitch, so I just want Poch to encourage that.
As far as impressions, Jurgy somewhat legitimatized USMNT on the world stage and helped drive future changes to the structure of the organization, but then flamed out terribly on the pitch. I don't really care about the other two.

He was ahead of his time for structural vision but his in game tactics blew.

Hopefully none whatsoever.
