The lone positive for me was that Klinsmann showed enough tactical acumen to put a second holding midfielder in the second half.
That fact that he didn't identify the problem, and communicate a change after the 43rd consecutive run around our lone midfielder was a bit troubling, though.

Offsides.
ETA: They said maybe a Goodson foul after the game. However, back in the studio they (Lalas and Twellman) said it was offsides.

He was about two steps off immediately before the kick, and is (at best) EVEN at the free kick.
I'm off the opinion that the referee is wrong 99.6% of the time.... and I thought he was off after the replay.
ETA: Kind of looks like Goodson pushing someone in the back there as well.
The other angle shows the offsides pretty well.
