France can more or less lock up the group today with a win in Sweden. If Sweden lose, it opens the door for Bulgaria or the Netherlands to make a move on second place in the group.

Faroe Islands - Switzerland (ESPN3)
Latvia - Portugal (ESPN3)

Switzerland look to continue their 100% start at the Faroes, while Portugal are still three points back with a winnable game in Latvia. Looking like a two-horse race in this group.

Bosnia-Herzegovina - Greece (FS2Go)
Estonia - Belgium (ESPN3)
Gibraltar - Cyprus (ESPN3)

Belgium are likely to win away in Estonia which means if either Greece or Bosnia want to stay in striking distance they'll need a win in Sarajevo.
