Is it just me or after years of stagnating transfer fees, are they just starting to rise again?
I know that Man City, Chelsea, Madrid, and Barca have been making high bids, but I mean for teams across all markets.
I am not sure if it is due to the economy doing really well in Turkey, but there are some outrageous fees being paid by the Istanbul teams.
