Sandro as part of the staff would be cool

I don't know about anyone else, but I'd quite like to see a PL win again this season.

Honest question: is Daniel Levy still influential since stepping down as chairman?

(ENIC) controlled by the Lewis family “kids” - Vivienne Lewis, her brother Charles Lewis and her son-in-law Nick Beucher.
And under them are the lemmings as ‘Statutory directors’: Peter Charrington (non-executive chairman), Matthew Collecott (chief operating and finance officer), Eric Hinson (non-executive director), Jonathan Turner (lead independent director) and Vinai (chief executive officer).
But it’s Vinai who has overall responsibility for on- and off-field decisions. And he came over from Arseland. Ugh

The fact he is still with the club is very telling.

5 years is just utterly bonkers

More managers sacked than wins in 2026 is absurd.

TheAthletic] Tottenham accounts: Worst-ever pre-tax loss and growing need for cash. Spurs’ deficit tumbled to £120.6million ($160m), a near-£100m worsening on a season earlier. At the end of June 2025, the club held just £20.4m ($26.9m) in liquid cash, a 10-year low.

As a Marseille supporter who got to live both the Tudor and De Zerbi experiences it was a bummer to see the latter leave
If the players are not irredeemable twats (admittedly still up in the air) and buy in they should hit the ground running and clear relegation by 3-4 points. Following Tudor specifically he’s going to get a boost from the players. There will be energy and urgency
I just can’t imagine him making it more than 2 seasons. He is so specific on players and tactics (and very stubborn and inflexible generally), he has issues communicating with players, he outwardly crumbles when pressure gets to him, he clashes with club leadership (part how particular he is with players, part his personality), and even when things are good his teams have consistency issues
Things went well at Brighton for the same reason they won’t at Spurs - he took over an extremely stable club from Potter, external scrutiny is comparatively low, and the dressing room was cohesive with players who bought in
I think he’s a brilliant manager but for him to achieve his ceiling things have to be near perfect. The club has to give him exactly what he wants and the players have to buy in and trust him. I just don’t see that happening with this club at this time
But he should keep them out of 18th, which is as valuable a contribution as anything that may follow
