So hard to believe all the different reports out there, but if Spurs can't get this Romero deal across the line it will be a massive blow. 23 year old Serie A defender of the year wants to join our club and be a part of the rebuild. Toby and Foyth already sold to generate some funds. Lamela moved to reduce wages. We need to get this done and then continue to rebuild the backline.

In the back of my mind I keep thinking we’ve agreed to move Kane. Hence the spending spree and us targeting Vlahovic and playing Son up top in the friendlies. I’m fine with it at this point. Just ready to move forward.
