He might be a replacement for Fabregas at CM, but he doesn't have any real ability with the final ball or the early pass, nor does he have any real sense with positioning. His best thing is that he can run with the ball really well and he's a great athlete. He can't be worse than Fabregas defensively though, as Fabregas has to be one of the worst CM's in the world in terms of defensive ability.

I actually think llorente would be a quality backup and much more dependable than michy, but yeah, if we just end up with danny fricking drinkwater and broke arse barkley, it might be rough year. One or two injuries from being so, so incredibly fricked.

Yea it's hard to understand what the issue is. The only thing that makes any sense is Roman just deciding not to spend the money.
