W/out the fatigue from playing European football. You baws did wreck the league, but that certainly helped.

I can only see Mbappe at Real.

Likewise. The only thing I think City would have going for them is if he's good friends w/ Bernardo and Mendy and would want to follow them. I have no clue if he gives a frick about them though.

But I just take issue with the statement that I'm quaking in my boots about the moves Manchester City's making.
I have no problem w/ Chelsea supporters not quaking in their boots, but to say other supporters aren't a tad bit worried that the best attacking team in the league has reinforced the worst part of the side doesn't make sense to me.
City will have full seasons from Sane and Jesus to go along w/ the typical characters up front and have brought in one of the league's best fullbacks over the last couple of seasons, including another one that is considered one of the best up and coming attacking full backs in europe as well.
Opposing teams scored a majority of their goals on quick counters last season primarily because our fullbacks were slow and old as shite. That won't be the case this season with the pace we've added.
I'm not saying City are going to blow everyone out of the water, it is City of course, but they have vastly improved more than any other team thus far this window. And they should with the money the club has spent.

If we still had White Hart Lane, sure... but i'm not expecting a title challenge (for real this time

Well, you guys have been throwing money at defenders for about 8 straight windows, and you might as well have burned all that money instead.
The only defense I have here is that all of that money before this season has been on CB's
The last fullbacks we brought in before this window were Sagna and Clichy.
Here is out spending on them since 2011.
2011: £7m
2012: £3m
2013: £0
2014: £0
2015: £0
2016: £0
2017: £120m

I have much better things to do than be worried about other teams.

Would love to see a table of top defenses in the Prem with the costs of each.

Lol I mean City would be at the top probably by two or three times more than the next closest side.

Leicester in 2015-16 would've destroyed that chart.

Spurs and United top d's
spurs didn't spend that much. United from last year the only starter on D that cost a lot was Bailey. Valencia is the leagues best RB and is a winger. Blind and Smalling didn't cost that much. Darmian not that much either.

ETA: I'd say at this point in time it's certainly Bellerin. Walker isn't far behind. Valencia is good, but not the best.

who is better........
lemi guess Kyler Walker
How can you be the best RB when you are suspect at defending and got benched for kieran trippier
