It's been a rumor for a few weeks now. Are you confused because he doesn't really fill in a need for Everton?
Also, Pardew said this about Bolasie after their game yesterday:
ETA: what's crazy is his fee could be more than Lukaku's was.

It's not quite done, that deal. The chances are that it will get done. But we'll have to wait and see. As much as I love him and our fans love him, if his heart and soul's not with us, then we have to exchange goodbyes and look to get better.
We've got to have players that are all in for us. Therefore, if he does go, we need to replace him with somebody who's going to do the same damage but hopefully score more goals.

Villarreal have announced they have reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid over the loan of striker Rafael Santos Borre.
The 20-year-old Colombian will spend the season on loan to Villarreal, who need a new forward with Roberto Soldado ruled out for up to six months after injuring his cruciate ligament during a pre-season friendly.

Bravo reportedly had agreed to terms with City.
We all knew Hart's days were numbered when Pep was official.

I've heard Bravo or Rui Patricio are who we're targeting.
In all honesty, the only team in the top 8 or so that I see Hart being a big replacement for is West Ham.

Well, until Karius proves himself (I think he will when he gets back in two months), I'd take Hart..

Chelsea send Michael Hector out on season-long loan to Eintracht Frankfurt.
When Chelsea severely needs defensive help, the club continues to send the current defenders on loan.

City apparently want 20 million for Hart

If it's from another premiere league club I don't think that's egregious.

Bolasie to Everton is official.

Mirallas and Deuolfeu
The only good argument I've seen is that neither last 90 minutes. Koeman called both of them out in his post match comments to work harder.

it's still egregious. GK fees have never been high to begin with, outside of Buffon who is an anomaly. hell, I think DDG cost United 20m and Hart isn't in the same stratosphere as him. Hart simply isn't a very good GK, especially not up to the standards City are setting for themselves. I honestly don't know if he'd be an upgrade to any of the top 8 or so teams even in the PL.

Lol Hart is definitely an above average keeper. He does have his random frick ups, but he's also saved City's arse on numerous occasions.
Did you watch the UCL semis last year? City would have lost 3 or 4 nil on aggregate if not for him.
He's an English player which makes him worth more to premiere league teams just like every other English player
when United signed De Gea he was like 21-years-old and it was 2011, before everyone started spending out the arse because of the new tv deal like they are now.
