I think we offer Lingard and cash to West Ham for Rice. DeGea will leave as well.

We won’t get Haaland; his wage demand is ridiculous. $35m annual salary is absurd. Plus the $180m transfer fee AND paying Mino Raiola his cut.

If they make the Champions League which is looking relatively likely, I cant see them letting Rice go

Yea I read today hes looking to make Haaland the first 1 million a week player. So I wouldnt expect that to be a likely transfer

Yea I read that too. I don't know how any team will be able to afford Haaland this summer after the pandemic. Maybe one of the clubs backed by the middle east Oil will spend £230M on him but it's doubtful. I also read that Lingard's agents said he won't be used as a bargaining chip for Declan Rice because he wants to choose where he'll go... I don't know why I get pulled in to the transfer rumors every year.

Not really a fan of the starting 11 today. I wish Ole would've started Bruno, Pogba, Mctominay in midfield with Rashford on the left, Cavani at the 9, and Greenwood on the right. Cavani has played really well the last two games, Greenwood has been great on the right, and Rashford never really plays well on the right.

We've cut City's lead down to 8 points...it's actually still a race for the title

I know. It makes you think about the dry spell after United went first in the league. Losing to Sheffield United, drawing with Leicester, Everton, Arsenal, West Brom, etc. If we win those games, especially against Sheffield, West Brom, and Everton it'd be a 1 pt margin with 6 matches to go.

I'm never one to tell someone who they should support, but I'm all for telling people who they can't support.

With the Super League news out yesterday it's brought up some thoughts on which teams we will throw our support behind. As far as United fans go who are the Clubs we aren't allowed to switch to?

Obviously, there are the remaining EPL teams like Leeds who are automatic, but I'm talking teams Championship and below.

Y’all just let me know who you end up supporting so I can choose the opposite.

Don't think they did....

We’ve signed the letter of intent. There’s no point in pretending anymore.

Unless the club does an immediate about-face entailing measures that guarantee a Super League is irrevocably dead, we don’t have to worry about a push on City these last six matches or maintaining 2nd over Leicester. It’s just a matter of how great the point deduction is, assuming our season isn’t stricken from the books outright.

Knowing the Glazers and Woodward are the driving force amongst the Big 6 is even more infuriating.

Maybe I'm missing something here so forgive my ignorance to the matter in advance but...From all I've read, it looks as though there is no intention to leave the EPL, but to compete with theses other teams in a mid-week format. Which in turn puts UCL competitions in jeopardy, but not the domestic league.

Is this not the case?

The 14 other clubs in the EPL might call for a large penalty against the big 6

Didn't say they were leaving the EPL, but I do think that is the long-term vision even if they won't admit it.

Logically-speaking, do you think there would be universal and seething condemnation across the football world and across FA pyramids of a move by the powers to simply replace the UCL format?

If you haven't, I'd listen to Gary and Rio's commentary over the last day. There isn't uproar over will might happen to the pyramid just because the teams that win the UCL (14 of the last 16, with the 2 exceptions being Bayern) want to get more money.

This is an awful decision all based upon money. The EPL has already said they will do everything they can along with UEFA, FIFA, La Liga, and Serie A to not allow it to happen. United will be banned from all domestic competitions, Uefa is already talking about kicking all of the super league teams from the semifinals of the Champs league and Europa League. Woodward and the Glazers can suck a Super cock.

There's only one club on Merseyside. Marine AFC.
