One could only hope.

The Glazer's treat the club like a tax shelter. Give me some of that oil money.

I don't know how I would feel IF it actually happened. I'm just so tired of the Glazer's I would literally take anyone else at this point.

either way, it's not going to happen.

Specifically, what have they done (or not done) that you don't like?

Oh they made that clear when I purchased the ticket. The friends I’m going with are City fans so I didn’t have a choice. We are also going to USA vs England Nov 15 and BvB @ Mainz Nov 24.

While I have you, any food recs in Manchester would be greatly appreciated.

BrewDog bro. Hit them all over the UK. There is like 8 in London. The Manchester one is awesome as well. The City Centre in Manchester has a ton of stuff. Deansgate mall is pretty good area. While your in England def hit up Nandos.

Be sure to hit up the most iconic British trash bar/restaurant chain Wetherspoons

Yup. Buddy and I are both AO members so we bought tickets for the section for $55.

I'll add these to the list. Definitely going to cheeky Nando's. They have one in Chicago that I have avoided so I can try it in the UK.

Simply put look at the club's cash reserves and debt level pre-glazer take over. Then compare it to what it is now. I think the last I saw was somewhere around 500 million euro.

They essentially financed their takeover of the club by leveraging the club's own assets and reserves. You can see how this would rub fans the wrong way, and negatively impact the club going forward.

Would anyone be opposed to the club selling off Alexis and bringing Memphis back?

Not at all opposed, but I’m not sure who is going to want to pay his astronomical wages.
