Looks like we can win the group if we beat Jamaica and Costa Rica loses.

Panama is currently in 4rth position because they have scored more goals than Mexico.
The goal differential is the same (-2) , so if Panama could tie the Mexico game at Azteca , they would go through with a win , most likely unless Mexico drubs Costa Rica by 2 or more goals.

It's hard to see it now, but Costa Rica is already through so who knows what kind of team they'll bring? I honestly have no idea how important that game will be for them.
Panama really screwed themselves with those two ties against Jamaica.
