In England it's a rare occurrence for someone to pass the ball 40 yards, rather than just kick the shite out of it.

There are a lot of negatives you can point out about the three lions.

Stevie G is not one of them.

I think Gerrard is a fine player, not making fun of him at all. Just England in general.

Wellbeck is a much, much, much better player than Carrol.

If it's a choice between the two, and Roy picks Carrol. The FA should ask for his resignation at half time.

I think Roy got the starting 11 right against France, it's just a limited roster right now.

Carrick is the biggest missing piece.

Again probably would be there if he wasnt too proud to be on the stand-by list

Also tensions starting to rise between swedes and english fans, theres the army inbetween them but just saw a clip of Swedes throwing stuff over the line

I know it was his decision. Still a huge missing piece.

Now is probably the best time for foreign countries to 'do' our fans, hundreds if not 1000s arent allowed to leave the country in the build up to these tournements anymore lol

I understand Roy wanting to exploit their height advantage over the Swedes, but; Carroll makes this already uncreative England side that much more one note. They will do what Pool does and just try to send shitty ball after shitty ball to Carroll. Wellbeck and Defoe would be better options.
