He got tied up with a Chelsea defender off the ball. Their arms were locked, Suarez leaned over and bit the Chelsea player's arm.
Referee didn't see it, he stayed in the game, scored the game-tying goal at the last second.
He bit a guy when he was playing in Holland a few years ago, FWIW.
The debate here is if 10 games is too excessive or not. Most players who get in trouble for season-ending slide tackles or fighting get lesser punishments than this one.
