Status of Stu Holden?

I've been googling him lately but it's hard to tell how far off he really is from playing again. I understand that he supposedly rushed his return in the fall with Bolton and has since paid for it, but does anyone have a reasonable expectation of when he gets back on? We could definitely use his services, and Bradley and Holden would make a very fap-worthy core in the middle to complement Dempsey, Shea, Donovan, etc. in 2014.
