I’ll pull for the Dutch like I always do.
I’ll probably pull for Egypt(Mo), Iceland(who can’t love Iceland), and whoever is playing Spain and Portugal.

1) USA
2) Denmark - lived there for the past three summers and ancestry
3) Iceland - their run in the Euros and how they’ve built their program is awesome.
4) Argentina - Messi is awesome to watch, and I hope he can get the monkey off his back
5) Germany - Wife was born there, spent a summer studying in Berlin, and I enjoy having sex with her (hopefully that doesn’t get me sent off from the SB)

1) USA - cause 'Murika
2) Germany - cause my people
3) Iceland - because of their story
Africa: Cameroon; because I have their jersey
Europe (other): Spain; I like the country and most of the players
Asia: Japan & South Korea; Japan is a fascinating history and South Koreans seem like good people
South America: Argentina; Messi
Oceania: New Zealand; beautiful country, although I will be the biggest fan of the Federated States of Micronesia as soon as they are FIFA members. #FreeFSM

I'm an Italian American, so frick this world cup.
But, to keep it interesting, I'll be pulling for England, Uruguay, Egypt and Senegal.

1) USA -- I actually care with the USMNT. When they win, I'm happy and when they lose, I'm disappointed.
There is a huge gulf between the US and everyone else. I like England, France and Belgium.
I'm sort of okay with Argentina, the Netherlands and Japan.
I dislike Germany.
