You're right I don't know the full rules of soccer. I watch once every four years. I dont like sports that can end in a tie. I thought if someone was ahead of the pass that it couldn't be offsides. The guy was standing at the goalline. I must not get the rules of offsides then.

no, but i hated it when it ended in a tie. i wanted to punch pat dye in the face for not going for two in the sugar bowl vs. syracuse. instead he settled for the 16-16 tie with a fg at the end of the game
