Should Real drop points to Sociedad, would there be concern?

Would be 3rd straight match without a win. Meanwhile Barca is not dropping anything as of yet. Just wondering what kind of hole they will be in by the time Ronaldo returns.

No.
Once CR7 gets back, they will get back in the groove.

To me yes. The biggest concern for me is it seems the players are just not taking these games as seriously.....hell even Zidane didn't take Levante seriously. We've seen no sign of the link up play in mid-field that we saw in the two super cups. Now with Benzema out who do you put at CF....Bale there was pretty much a disaster. CR7 can probably do it but probably doesn't want to.....and he has 1 more game to miss. Do you put 20yr old Mayoral there for a crucial away La Liga match???

There is time get it together but it has to start on Wednesday at the Bernabeu with Apoel in the CL which probably comes at a good time....then you almost have to take 3 from the game at Anoeta.

Don't forget Marcelo is out after his red card.

I don't think there should be much concern, but we need to win against Sociedad and Apoel Nicosia convincingly.

Yea that was dumb....but Marcello playing on the wing in that game was a microcosm of what I was talking about saying Zidane took Levante too lightly.

Absolutely not. 38 games. Barcelona will drop several points along the way to mid table teams as they do every year. We have more quality depth and we will take care of business

If we weren't dropping points in the Bernabeu I would agree, but I'm a little worried with dropping points and the inconsistent play. This team has dominated Man U and Barcelona already, but we have looked a far cry from that lately.

We really needed a pure striker this window, and we really dropped the ball not getting Mbappe.

I was disappointed in not signing Mbappe as well. I really wanted Mariano to stay while the whole Morata transfer was happening because I knew this would be an issue. Hopefully we can see Mayoral tomorrow against APOEL and maybe he'll get minutes in La Liga. I really thought Bale would do a better job at forward.

Benzema is horrible and Barca looks good. Dembele isn't Neymar but I think La Liga will be a fight.
