Do these players usually wear screw ins at the World Cup? I assume most players wear normal hard ground cleats, which wouldn't hurt as bad when kicked with them.

Most pros are wearing screw ins. Most sunday leaguers are wearing molded.

Ah. Had no idea. Screw ins are ao hard on the knees unless you are playing on some soft turf. I guess it makes sense that the pro stadium turf would be pretty soft.
