I don't. Manchester United maybe b/c that's the running joke.
Does Webb have some sort of affiliation with Chelsea that I don't know about?

Does anyone get the irony of this? A Chelsea fan propping up Howard Webb? That is just so rich in irony.
Howard Webb and Martin Atkinson are my two favorite officials because of their ability, usually, to stay out of the action as much as possible.
I think he was right not to give the pen on Costa, though the handball was clear.
I wouldn't have even had a problem with Barnes staying on, if it weren't for his other bad challenges, it's the sending off of Matic and the FA's refusal to correct the situation that has me steamed.

As outspoken as i've been about this subject I totally agree with this. It was a harsh foul Barnes threw out and I honestly don't see how after watching it multiple times Costa got three games for the ankle step on Can, but this got Barnes nothing after the review.

Let's rub some more salt
This made me laugh thinking of all those poor Chelsea fans waging war against the Campaign.

Ban reduced to two games.

Big whoop, he is still out of the Cup final. They were hoping to get full rescinding of the ban. That was never going to happen, otherwise retaliation will skyrocket if they don't punish it.

I shouldn't have replied to you. Just stating a fact.

When you push too far you lose all credibility. I agree with him on Costa and can understand why matic was sent off in the moment.
However, to say nothing was warranted at all on Barnes? lol.
Even worse, to try and justify the handball? lolol. What a clown. It doesn't matter how hard the ball is hit if you turn your back and stick your arm straight out from your body it's a handball every time.
If this guy is the "ref assessor" I think it speaks volumes and sheds a lot of light on why they are having so many issues with officiating.

You can cry all you want. I have a life and I don't worry about stuff like... Maurice Edu's disallowed goal vs Slovenia in 2010 or......Torsten Frings in 2002.....You Chelsea cry all the frickin time about every call against them. Get a life.

Then why on earth are you posting on this board?
You do know this board is intended to discuss soccer and the results of games correct?

Haha, you took the time to find, read, and post an article about a team you don't care about on a board dedicated to talking about soccer and then criticize people for talking about.

omg you're so awesome.
I can't say for sure but I'd be willing to bet in the year 2028 I probably won't be bringing up Nemanja Matic's red card against Burnley.
In fact I doubt I'll even remember it to be able and bring it up on a message board to show how cool I am because I don't care about it anymore.

What confuses me now is why two games? Where did that come from?
Reds are either a one game or a 3 game, so why now 2?

It's their way of saying we know it's F'd up but we are too cowardly to really admit it and make it right.

I'm an Arsenal fan. I don't like Chelsea.
That was the worst officiating I've seen in a season of shitty refereeing. It was unbelievable. I actually sympathize for Chelsea fans. That's how bad it was.

I dont mind what he did. They both deserved a red card though. But i could say cahill deserved a red for a few tackles he made this season and didnt get one either.
I was watching espn fc last night and they showed some obscure game. i dont even recall what country it was from. Dude got fouled bad, got up and suplexed the dude that tackled him. It was great.

Matic is now available for Southampton, but he's still out for the Cup Final. Best. Case. Scenario.

Officiating was so bad. I love how the chelsea haters laugh and high five that it was such a poorly called game yet tell them to get over it and stop bitching. Either you think it was bad or you don't. You can't have that both ways.
I don't like any team losing points because of bad officiating.
