I’m watching Celtic - St Johnstone right now.
Why are these two countries lagging in terms of quality compared to England and the rest of Europe? I’m including both their national teams and the Scottish Premier League and the League of Ireland?
Money and resources? Too much of an emphasis on other sports - rugby, Gaelic football, hurling, shinty?
