Charlie Adam was fantastic at Blackpool. I think he's like Carroll in that he hasn't carried his previous success to Liverpool.

Basically. He had a very rough campaign last year. Pretty much a defensive liability. Scoring an actual goal is highly uncharacteristic of him.
