@acmilan We have no words to express how shocked we are to hear of the tragic passing of one of the greatest sportsmen of all time and Rossonero fan, Kobe Bryant. All our thoughts are with the families of those affected by this tragic accident. You will forever be missed, Kobe

Goddamn. Just found out his daughter was on the helicopter too, along with another young teammate of hers. Sad.

I didn’t follow soccer growing up, and remember seeing an interview with Kobe at one of the olympics several years ago and they asked him who he was most looking forward to watching when they had some down time, and he said Messi. That was the first time I heard his name. Lol.

He lived in Italy til 91
Believe fluent in Italian (as well as other languages)
Remember a story where someone (can’t remember if Bargnani or Galinari) tried to talk shite to him Italian and he chirped right back

I feel terrible for his family. He seemed so proud of Gianna too. Just a horrible situation all around.

I think I'm upset because Kobe was really the first player whose career I watched from beginning to end, along with Shaq's. I only caught Jordan's golden years in the 90s, and then those Lakers teams were the team to watch in the early noughties.
