Scenario:
Ball coming into the penalty area. Not quite a breakaway, but the keeper needs to get on it quick or else there could be trouble. Keeper leaves line and goes down to get ball.
With keeper in full control, and while he's still on the ground, opposing player kicks keeper in head.
Card (if so, yellow or red)? TIA

Did he slide into the keeper? Did he kick him intentionally? Was he going for the ball?
Need some deets.

No slide. Standing over, kick. Keeper was curled around ball.

Depends on the timing. If it was a bang-bang play, no card. If the keeper was on the ball for a couple seconds, definite caution and possible red depending on the severity of the kick.

Had the keeper been over the ball for a few seconds? Did the player stop, stand over the keeper, and then kick him in the head?
If so, then yes. Red.

If it was a bang bang play, then I can see either no foul, a foul or a yellow card. It's really up to the individual ref and if the player has been overly aggressive the rest of the game. If the player meant to kick him in the head, then it's a red. It's really hard to judge without seeing exactly what happened.

Where is the ball in relation to his head?
Ball in stomach, kick in head -> straight red.
Ball in front of face, attempt at ball, hit face -> Maybe no foul, maybe yellow.
Also depends on what "full control" means to you.

In stomach, arms around ball.

Did he kick the keeper's head like a 5 yard pass or a 40 yard strike?
