The seeds that he was talking about for Cape Verde are just in the final round of African qualifiers. 5 seeds play the 5 non-seeds.

It's really a shame that we can't get ANY coverage of African internationals here.
I would watch macthes between Ghana, Egypt, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, etc.
Of course.... if you think of how fricked up the CONCACAF TV rights are, imagine what CAF's are like.
Most of the countries have probably sold the rights so many times they don't even know who owns them.

Yeah but was Egypt's ranking affected by point deductions due to fair play. They are playing fanless home matches right now.
