They beat us in a friendly last year (3-1) I believe. I like our chances better this time around but it will still be a very tough game.

Since it is the "knockout" round ... is it fair to assume that there will be no more draws?

So ... is there an "overtime" or extra period ... or after extra time, does it go to the shoot-out?

There will be extra time added and it will go to PKs if it's still a draw.

Yes, it must be settled. Be it extra time, and if not that, then penalty kicks.

What exactly would happen if PKs didn't settle it?

Is this possible? It seems possible.

Any chance if it comes to this ... we could have Ronaldo's woman standing on the sideline ready to take off her shirt if we win ?

Penalty kicks are sessions of five kicks each. Were it tied after the first session, it would go on to the next. And so on, until one bests the other.

It´s a really shitty way to settle a match, but it was chosen, in detriment to scheduling another (rematch or ´tie-breaker´).

You are supposed to celebrate and embrace that now...kinda like we're all supposed to love soccer now.

Just so you know.
