This was my guess:
Bolton has clearly been a disappointment. Norwich and Swansea are doing much better than anticipated. I put Chelsea at 2 but I wouldn't be surprised to see them finish outside of the top 4 at this point.

I had Manc at 5 but it was before Nasri and Aguero. At least, I called it that I was frickkkkked. lol.
