Raul was the guy who started the whole Spanish players into the Bundesliga thing. I imagine Raul had a lot to do with Pep's desire to coach there.

Bundesliga fanatic is a great website. The author seems to have a bit of an issue with Arjen Robben I would say Mario Gomez is going to be the proverbial square peg in a round hole. Pep may be a bit brash, but as long as he doesn't try to sell guys like Lahm, Muller, Kroos, Schweiny, or Ribery, I think people will go along with it.

Pep and Raul are friends since they were internationals together. Raul can be a dick, but he's very hard working and self absorbed (dedicated, sometimes 'in his own world'), like Pep.

Yeah it is a good website, they do a weekly podcast that's usually worth listening to as well. The 3-4-3 he mentioned made my loins moisten a bit
