Away goals don't count as 1.5 in MLS, am I right?

No, they count like away goals count everywhere else in the world.

Thought I saw an interview with Thierry Henry saying that it didn't. Must not have on the old man reading glasses..

I've seen people, even on this very board, try to explain two-legged ties to soccer newbies by saying stuff like "away goals are like 1.5 goals" but it's just not true.

Pep Guardiola is somewhere and he's not happy about what just happened.

I was a nervous wreck during that game. We will be fricked against the gumps I'm afraid.

If Dak is better, y'all should be fine. I'm torn ... State is my second favorite SEC team so I would normally pull for them but I'm also still holding out faint hope for LSU to win a four- or five-team tiebreaker to win the division.

They count as atleast half goals. Ask Chelsea against Barca when Iniesta scored and when Bendnter failed for Arsenal down to 10 men at Nou Camp. Arsenal won 2-1 at the Emirates and lost 3-1 at Camp Nou. Bendtner had a great chance that would have made it 3-2 at the end. He failed, of course. Would have made it 4-4 on aggregate with Arsenal getting more away goals, thus going through. It does matter.

If you win 3-0 on the road and lose 4-0 at home, you don't win 4.5 - 4.0.

I hope they don't have the Seahawks paint on the pitch.

That equalizer hurt. Will be tough to win or score 2 and tie in Seattle.

Hopefully having Diaz back will change things in the next game.
