So first off, Wayne Rooney was so slow moving towards that poor touch by Bravo. He was flat-footed and should have gotten there earlier, but that was absolutely a penalty.

* Mourinho brought on Herrera to shadow De Bruyne and deny him the ball.
* Pep takes off Iheanacho and moves De Bruyne up to striker, dares Herrera to keep shadowing a striker
* Mourinho sends Fellaini and Rooney to the right to occupy Kolarov, baiting City to shift their team defense to the left and open up Rashford 1v1
* Pep brought on Fernando to send Fernandinho higher up the pitch to keep Herrera from taking away Silva on his own.
If City scores again, it should come from Silva setting something up.
If United scores again, it should come from Rashford doing something cool
