lol, Ashley Young has been one of the prem's top players this season.
Based on what? His one goal or his one assist?
And this is coming from someone fully admitting the entire LFC squad was a pile of dog crap prior to December 2014.

if you watched the games you would know he has been great under LvG

Yep, it's a bit silly to be so ignorant, but at the same time be so brash.
Posted on 3/6/15 at 7:41 am to Tennessee Jed
And he's on the front page of soccernet.com today with an article speaking of his flourishing under LvG

Also he said Rooney is on the decline, he has a goal ever 1.9 games across all competitions. 17 in 33 matches. Only player with a better rate is Kane.

If one goal and one assist is a "resurgence" well good for him. I guess he's the Cauley Stein of the EPL, his contributions just don't show up on the stat sheet.
And calling yesterday's goal a "match winner" is a bit of a joke. At least be real, it was a complete gift.
I'll leave it be, there's never any sense of hubris or honesty with ManC fans. Every player on the team is the greatest on earth and last year you guys called Moyes the chosen one for god's sake.
Carry On.

You are starting to make Liverpool fans on here look bad.
Its one thing to be biased b/c we are all but you sound like uneducated fool right now.
Ashley Young has been getting praised all year for his play on the wing either playing higher up or actually as a wing back playing defense when using the 3-5-2.

I see 11 in 24 but alright. Again I still think Rooney is a great player, but he force he was between 2010 and 2012, no. I really don't think any neutral fan would argue that. He'll be 30 this year, it happens to every attacking player.

even so thats 1 goal in just over every 2 games
while playing out of position
i saw that stat on sky today, now wondering where they got it from
edit
now i realize they were including England matches

lol, AY has played about 95% of the season as a defender. Are goals the the mark of a great defender now?
You have no idea what you're talking about, you definitely did not watch the Utd - Newcastle game, and I'm fairly certain you haven't watched a complete Utd game this year.
Carry on.

Sorry to ruffle you so much. And if I make LFC looks bad giving Mancs shite about their season, so be it.
Fine, he's been good defensively, I'll agree with that and let sleeping dogs lie.

How you going to give a team shite about their season who beat you 3-0 and is above you in the league, esp when your own squad spent almost the same amount of money.
At least when I talk about Liverpool players its b/c ive watched the games. And my campaigning for Can to play defense is a perfect example of that.

And you blasted me saying I read the daily fail.
Cmon bro.
And Rooney is a great player, not denying that, simply said he's not the force he once was and is getting up there in age.
And I'll be the first to admit I think he could become a Scholes like midfielder in the latter part of his career. He's certainly got all the traits to move back and orchestrate if his pace totally disolves.

Yep, that's the biggest thing. Brash, divisive, and ignorant, it's not a good look.
Utd deserve criticism in a lot of areas, but at least know what you're talking about before dishing it out.

His work rate is good and he's finally tracking back and making tackles. Fair play to him this year.
Personally, I simply would expect more from a player like him, but its not my team and not my player so again carry on. Just trying to have a conversation with a good bit of banter. That's half the fun of this game and I don't get enough of it with my friends in person.
Good Luck against Arsenal and looking forward to the Derby. It's going to be a banger.

United starting to rustle their jimmies picking up points bc they are back in the top 4 race
I love the hate from all the anybody but united fans right now. Also love the siege mentality our fans have this year after the down in the dumps of last year.

It's a bit strange seeing ManU in this position. I think its good for the club and the fanbase. You need a backs to the wall mentality every now and then. As much pleasure I take in seeing you down, I know it won't last for long. Not by a long shot.
It's something the plastic clubs would never understand.
